Windows in quake damaged Christchurch

Mike Hewson … a NZ artist living and working in Australia has produced these pictures inside the windows of a quake damaged Christchurch building – it really brightens them up. Does anyone know if these apartments (the old normal school) will be repaired?
A block away, the Crowne Plaza (the old Park Royal) is being razed.
